| XBox Live Account Hack - THIS IS NOT A JOKE!!!! | | | | While searching for clans to invite to our Autism Awareness Tournament I ran across this:
Psych X's account has been hacked and turned to Ghostrider IXI
JVacha's account has been haced and turned to Sphinx Telia.
Both got hacked by going to:

Do not load this site just to check it out, neither provided any information to the site, both had thier accounts stolen and their credit card # that was tied to the account was hijacked too.
I haven't spoken to them, but to Lady Death 13. Microsoft has informed them that they are SOL and can't have their accounts back. So be careful where you browse and to whom you provide information about your account.
Do not trust any communication from any of these gamertags. Check with myself or Lady Death 13 if you think you have a message from a new tag from either of these gamers, as we will verify the new tags they use when we know them.
HOW TO AVOID BEING A VICTIM. Call 1-800-4MY-XBOX, demand that they ask your CHALLENGE QUESTION first, before requesting any information. It took me half an hour to accomplish tonight. Be near a PC, you might have to log in and make some changes to your accounts.

| | | | | | Gears of War 2 | | | GamersForaCure | | | | As many of you know I have been working on developing the Spartan-III tournament website, GamersForaCure.com. It will go "Live" this Friday 2/15/08.
So far, the site has had an AMAZING amount of traffic. The site has been averaging over 7,600 hits per day this month for a total of 91,917 (just this month!!!)
The website, while still not accepting tournament sign-ups, IS able to register members to the site. I would like to encourage EVERYONE at the Spartan-III community to stop by www.GamersForaCure.com and sign-up for the site.
I will be sending this news item as an email to all members of Spartan-III, along with details about how to register for the tournament before the rest of the population!!! Team and clan invites will go out on Thurday!!!
Tournament entry is only $10 and that will be split with the winners. Be sure to check out the FAQs to make sure that you do not live in a state that has banned skill-based games for cash prizes.
The tournament sign-ups will only accept payment for an entire team at once (not individual players.) So, time to form up with your friends, co-workers, enemies or whoever you want and get in on the action.

| | | All things MLG | | | | With the 2007 Major League Gaming season over it marks the end of Halo 2 in MLG. They have already started work on the official maps and game variants for Halo 3. We will add them to our roundup of variants, soon. Currently, MLG is on v2 of the maps and they plan on v3 the first part of January.
These variants will add a new level of competition to any gamer's play list. If you would like to save them to your 360 Drive just send me an XBL Message and I'll send you the MLG information.
Also, our clan and friends lists are starting to grow. As they do we realize that some members may be new to either Halo or the 360 all together. I found some great advice for those that are new AND those who have been around for awhile.
